      Best team and line manager i’ve worked with. Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Low salary compared to market average KPIs largely out of your control Blame culture from senior leadership. Hilti have lost a lot of market share in last two years, senior leadership expect it to be rectified in three months of lowering tool prices. A lot of pressure deflected by manager but also know of some managers putting team members under serious pressure. Long term strategy but expect short term results.

      Almost none despite being called Employer of the Year. Maybe if you are in Europe but definetely not in Malaysia

      Simply put, Malaysia is just an outhouse for the Europeans.
