I have best colleague in the world, we share discuses every matter and without them I wouldn’t have lasted all that long
Cons
Top management will punish you if company didn’t get the target no matter how much effort you have put. Salaries are very less even less than what was in my offer letter as they don’t tell you company is not closing. (15% less) If you are a manager you don’t have to walk the talk you just talk talk talk
