Fantastic company values of quality, craftsmanship. Intelligent and dedicated coworkers. Everyone knows they are lucky to work for such a great company. Employee treatment is positive. If you are truly passionate and work hard you will do well.

Cons

A lot of hours, perhaps not as much recognition since many people work very hard. However, if you are interested in the work then it is worth it.

Great benefits, some perks, exquisite merchandise, vacation time is good,, exciting job and good experience. President Bob Chavez is wonderful!

Cons

Awful management, lack of communication in every department, every employee at my location is miserable with their job / constant complaints daily throughout / management does not listen to their employees , takes advantage of them, much favoritism going on,. employees not treated fairly. Company does not spend $ in the right areas. Systems are ancient and so much manual work it is ridiculous. Such a shame to have such poor management because the company is really a great one.
