      Ticket restaurant (50% prise en charge employeur), bonne entente avec certains employés, prime collective, remise employe 30%

      Cons

      Horaires aléatoires de briefing matin (9h45 alors que la boutique ferme a 19!), pression inutile de performances chiffrées, clientele locale féminine aggressive, favoritisme sur certains employés sur le grooming & planning

      It is a very rich experience to work for Hermès, we constantly learn new things , have many trainings and we are selling beautiful products talking about the history of Hermès and the craftsmanship. We have a good quality of work most if the times The bonuses are very interesting, it helped me to have a comfortable life and buy an appartement on my own.

      Cons

      The only negative thing is that it’s extremely difficult to evolve within the company unless you have good contacts or are a friend with some important managers. A wide hierarchy, they quickly make you understand that you’re just a sales person when you ask for something.
