Pros
It is a very rich experience to work for Hermès, we constantly learn new things , have many trainings and we are selling beautiful products talking about the history of Hermès and the craftsmanship. We have a good quality of work most if the times The bonuses are very interesting, it helped me to have a comfortable life and buy an appartement on my own.
Cons
The only negative thing is that it’s extremely difficult to evolve within the company unless you have good contacts or are a friend with some important managers. A wide hierarchy, they quickly make you understand that you’re just a sales person when you ask for something.
