Pros

Dynamic environment with energic people. Age average of the company is around 27. Low to no bureaucracy, you can directly go to any person you want to discuss your ideas and check the feasibility of possible projects. The facility (Rotterdam HQ ) is overall very comfortable with meeting areas to book for, a rooftop, floor kitchens and a dedicated team for employee happiness. There are monthly meetings called KeyNote's where the CEO gives a brief on the past month's achievements, activities and KPI results. It will be known by everyone if you did a great job. Also, these are great for seeing how the big picture of the company is doing.

Cons

The dedicated data department consisted only 3 people including myself. While this provided great agility for the projects, it is not ideal if you're looking for a mentor as full-time employees are mostly busy.
