Great start-up environment where everything is done to excel as a company. No matter who you are in the company, if your idea is great we all pursuit it. Free breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Cons

You work long hours, but that goes hand in hand with ambitious goals. Very very target orientated.

- HelloPrint puts a high effort in seasonal themes - 100% transparant about strategy and business results - Great perks like lunch, Fitness, Fridays on the rooftop bar and a beer tap - Horizontal, almost no hierarchy, you can approach the CEO easily - Freedom and responsability, you get the freedom but you have draw your own path

Cons

- They are a scale-up, so expect a constant shift of focus, mostly focussed on the short term low hanging fruits - Only a few people in the company call the shots, if you are not close enough to those people you will end up doing a lot of work and having no recognition - High (yet unclear) expectations, they will expect you to run the extra mile so expect an impact on your work-life balance - Bad basic salary and no financial benefits f.e.: no pension, no insurance, no cars - No clearity or conversation about salary raises, even when achieving targets

Helloprint is a company which truly believes that our culture is our fundament and that our culture is what really differentiates us from other companies. It's a culture of high performance, without clear career paths and development plans. You have it all in your own hands, and if that's what you're looking for, there is no better place to work.

Cons

It's not a 9-5 workplace, you'll work on huge projects and you'll have enormous responsibilities. With this, a 'pressure' of performance comes along. This performance pressure is always there, every day. This should really, really fit you, else it's not the right place to work for you.
