- They are a scale-up, so expect a constant shift of focus, mostly focussed on the short term low hanging fruits - Only a few people in the company call the shots, if you are not close enough to those people you will end up doing a lot of work and having no recognition - High (yet unclear) expectations, they will expect you to run the extra mile so expect an impact on your work-life balance - Bad basic salary and no financial benefits f.e.: no pension, no insurance, no cars - No clearity or conversation about salary raises, even when achieving targets
