Pros
For me, the biggest reason why I work at Helloprint is because of freedom vs. context vs. responsibility and the result-driven culture. I really like the fact I get the freedom to do my job the way I think is best within the guidance of my role. Plus I can really make an impact. As the company really wants to make a difference, we're all super eager to do better every day.
Cons
This is a really special type of company. It either accelerates your abbilities and personal growth, or it works the other way around. The culture is great if it fits you well, otherwise my advice is to search for something else. If going to your work to work... this is not the company for you. If you want to learn, grow and make a difference... this is the place for you.
