      Really international context, good working environment and nice team-building initiatives. Great for gaining experience in a corporate world.

      Cons

      Lack of coordination at a general level, limited ability to retain talent and involve it in a genuine programme of development and compensation. Inadeguate capabilities in some relevant and responsible positions within the company. Lower-than-average salaries.
