Pros

It's a dynamic and young environment, it is a growing bank in France, hence there are many opportunitities to grow from the professional point of view. In few months i have seen many people changing their role in the department and taking responsabilities for HSBC Europe.

Cons

The personal / professional life are not that balanced.. people are working like crazy even if mine is only a support service.

Pros

Very good benefits (from 401K matching to health insurance to vacation time) Work/life balance (although some groups work like animals, my group respects nights and weekends)

Cons

Salary progression (two years in a row with salary frozen) Opportunities to move up (almost four years at the same level)
