Thank you so much for recommending HKA as a current employee based in Abu Dhabi. Thank you also for all you have done to help to make HKA successful and a continuously improving company. Great to read your comment "Diversity of commissions and projects" is a Pro. We certainly have great clients and good work to deliver; which brings great opportunities for our people. I note you posted in January 2020, so firstly apologies that I am only just replying to you now. One of the improvement changes that we have brought in is to reply to every post on Glassdoor; as we value every piece of feedback. I am sorry that the Cons has been noted as "recent change of owners has resulted in a number of changes" - I hope with over a year passing since you commented that you think these changes are for the better; albeit I understand that change in itself can be tough. I do know that today, any change is considered most carefully and has to have the purpose of improving HKA, including our care and support to our people, and our delivery to our valued clients.
