Really good to note that you felt we are "A Company on the Rise" and we have a "developing culture focused on people" and another "Pro" you listed was "global opportunities" - no surprise that I totally agree with you! We are in fact in growth mode to recruit more brilliant diverse people. I found your post very balanced. I think you are right we are continuing "to focus on better communication and further development of company culture". We are on a progressive journey of improvement and we are not complacent as there are areas where we need and want to improve. We know our current team are fantastic , keen to improve further and we are recruiting more diverse brilliant people so together our culture and business can continuously improve. Firstly, I really hope you are well despite these pandemic times. I also hope that wherever you are in the world, your next career step after HKA is going well for you. Delighted to read that you enjoyed the collaboration you experienced at HKA and that you felt well supported by our management teams.
