Really good to note that you felt we are "A Company on the Rise" and we have a "developing culture focused on people" and another "Pro" you listed was "global opportunities" - no surprise that I totally agree with you! We are in fact in growth mode to recruit more brilliant diverse people. I found your post very balanced. I think you are right we are continuing "to focus on better communication and further development of company culture". We are on a progressive journey of improvement and we are not complacent as there are areas where we need and want to improve. We know our current team are fantastic , keen to improve further and we are recruiting more diverse brilliant people so together our culture and business can continuously improve.
