Your views really matter to us, particularly as you are an employee of HKA and you know day in, day out, what it is like to work with us all - thank you. Thanks for saying “Good salary, job security, expertise” about HKA. Thank you for taking the time to share your views, which is important to us as you are a current senior employee. Thank you also for all you do to make HKA a great place to work. Sorry to read that you think we have a “low bonus, demanding work schedule”. I respect that these are your views and my views are slightly different. I do agree with you that we have a “demanding work schedule” – to be honest in a global professional services firm that cares about delivering high standards for our clients, this is typically the case and then combine that with HKA’s growth and improvement attitude, then yes we end up having a demanding work schedule. This brings results for our clients, for individuals, and for our combined future. We always need to be careful about protecting our health and helping each other too. Please do reach out if you are worried about the workload versus your health as we would need and want to do something about that challenge.
