Pros

Good paying retail job. 25% off anything in the store. Paid birthday (it's not a lot but its better than nothing) You can wear anything you want but it cant have logos. Thats really the only good things about working here.

Cons

-Manager really dont do nothing. -Some of them are clueless on how to run the store. -Favoritism is really big in the company. -Management always complain about having no hours but the store is always busy during the weekends. -There could be a really long line of customers on the registers and the only thing managment does is that they tell you to ring faster or else they will document you for bad performance. -There are so many bad things you can say about working here, it just feels there every year that I work here it gets worse and I have been here for 5 years.

Pros

The company does value it's employees. Only promotes from within.

Cons

They do not hire full time. You need to earn your way up which takes AT LEAST 5+ years just to be a full time employee. More work than employees. They start you off hire than minimum wage but you're expected to do a lot more than typical retail jobs. Hours are horrible. I went many weeks with only 2 days on the schedule.
