I was there through multiple layoffs. Very unpredictable. Higher up leadership not the best.

Pros

I have been working here full-time and the experience has been very positive so far. The company provides a lot of learning opportunities and ownership on projects, which helps you grow faster professionally. The team culture is collaborative, and colleagues are genuinely supportive. Leadership is approachable and always open to new ideas. Work-life balance is much better compared to most companies in the industry and rewards are performance-based.

Cons

Sometimes project deadlines can get tight, especially when handling multiple deliverables. Cross-team communication can be improved a bit to avoid last-minute pressure. However, nothing major that affects the overall experience.

Glassdoor has some of the best people I’ve ever worked with, smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. The company culture encourages creativity, teamwork, and authenticity. Colleagues across departments truly care about helping one another succeed, and there’s a strong sense of belonging.

Cons

The product is tough to sell and scale in the current economy, and there’s been a noticeable lack of clear direction from upper management. Strategic priorities often shift, making it difficult to maintain momentum or confidence in long-term goals. Leadership could benefit from being more transparent and aligned with the teams executing the work.
