Your feedback about the focus on the USA market is noted, and we are looking into ways to better support our international teams, including more localized training and resources for our UK and Ireland teams. The operational challenges you mentioned, particularly around commission plans and account alignments, are areas we have improved. We anticipate fewer account realignments and I’m sure you’d agree we have become a lot more efficient when realignments occur.
