Glassdoor is by far the best company I have ever worked for. They offer amazing work/life balance, benefits and I'm paid extremely well. I'm so grateful that I found the company and can't wait to continue growing my career here.

Cons

There has been some layoffs the past few years, so that can make the future feel scary.

The benefits are incredible, with the company offering generous pay, unlimited PTO, carreer growth paths, and maternity leave which is SO rare and a valuable perk.
