They give the weakest raises ever, I only got .40 cents for a raise this past year. Management is allowed to be derogatory towards employees, if one tries to file harassment charges, you are told if you do, and you are proven in the wrong that you can be held up on defemination and slander. I thought filling for harassments meant you wouldn't have any retribution no matter the turn out.. NOT at Getinge. I was told today to get a Lawyer and go after them - and this was from another Lawyer, saying Getinge is breaking laws with their procedures and polices.

Majority of middle management cannot find up from down. Suggestions on improvements just results in fights and regardless of your training or background if it is not middle management's idea you should just wait for top management to make the calls. Supporting your coworkers ideas to middle management is also not recommended, if it did not come from middle management they will not listen and very clearly do not want to hear it. You can only grow so far. There's definitely been a shift post covid that went from building up employees to how can the company avoid their problems. Innovation is hard and with new ideas being tossed and beaten down the outlook is not promising. A lot of things are out of date and there is no intention to improve that. This is not the place for you if you want a consist team atmosphere.
