      Good products. Extremely knowledgable sales reps.

      Cons

      Horrible Management. Poor communication. Poor product development line. Poor response to product design flaws. No Corporate Support.

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible work schedule. Work independently if you are in the field. This used to be a much better place to work, I've been here almost a decade and it is going down hill fast!

      Cons

      This a company that has taken a turn for the worse. The have implemented a number of "cost saving" efforts that have taken money out of the pockets of their employees. This used to be a great place to work and it has fallen apart with the new leadership. So sad, the fastest way to ruin a company is to treat the employees poorly which is fact what Getinge is doing. They know that right now jobs are hard to come by so they are definitely taking advantage of that fact and sticking it to the people who are the face of Getinge which is a huge mistake! A good company gone bad.

      Pros

      Independence - territories are run like mini-businesses. I have a high level of control over how I run my territory and as long as I make my numbers and keep my costs down my boss doesn't bother me. Work/Life Balance - An extra weeks vacation for every five years with the company, time off when needed for emergencies, nice perks at meetings and get-togethers. Great co-workers - I respect every one of my colleagues and feel I can learn from each of them.

      Cons

      Driving - a lot. Less than helpful support staff.
