      Good Industry Strong products Good hard working people Increased investment in people development Management is really trying hard to grow the company Retirement of Service VP

      Cons

      We had a good strategy in place that was changed from Europe Hard to get people to relocate to Rochester for jobs

      Getinge demands all much gives little in return

      Pros

      decent amount of vacation. 2 weeks at start, additional week every 5 yrs.

      Cons

      they don't care how much of your private life they intrude into. service and sales territories are too large. 60 plus hours per week is normal. Compensation package for sales is changed every year. Some years the package isn't announced until after the year has started. Some of the sales trps had their copensation packeages changed in the middke of the year one year. Service isn't always performed in timely manner on contract service.

      great and deicated employees from the middle management down.

      Cons

      expect, expect, expect push, push, push, Margin, margin, margin Its quite apparent the current direction is cost reduction with increased margins, and continue to stress the workforce. Moral at corporate office is quite noticably low and continueing in that direction.
