      great people, close "family" environment for employees, technology forward company

      Cons

      Regular organizational changes that leave employees with feelings of instability, long hours, positions are not back filled when employees leave dumping workload on already taxed staff.

      Cons

      Company is going through a major transition at the executive level. Getinge Group is consolidating at the top and creating a unified culture with their 3 business segments (Getinge, Maquet and Arjohuntleigh). If you hate change, this is not the place for you. As a Sales Rep, compensation and quota communication/establishment is always a whirlwind. The commission earning structure can seem to be skewed to benefit the organization vs. being sales rep friendly.
