      Change is constant. If you're focused on 1 area of business, it may be uncomfortable for you to adjust to constant reorganization and change. Be positive, be willing and be prepared to work hard.

      Pros

      Before all the mergers we were a great team and company that had success, but it had happy staff and teams, all going in the same direction

      Cons

      Now its just a dictatorship, The staff have never been so unhappy and the amount leaving tells its own story... that is of course those that are left after the redundancies.
