      Great work atmosphere, you feel welcomed immediately.

      Cons

      The HQ is located in Ville St-Laurent, so it's further from downtown Montreal.

      Pros

      Innovative ideas are welcomed, and opportunities abound for creative people as company is growing steadily and quite rapidly. Privately-held, owner managed company means focus is firmly on doing the right thing for the long term. As a result, the company's products are years ahead of their competitors. 1000 person company with the culture of a start-up.

      Cons

      The work can take over your life if you let it... there is ALWAYS something to do. Connecting new employees to the culture and mission gets tougher as the company grows. There are lots of social events and activities to help but many remote staff don't participate.

      Pros

      Great perks and benefits (subsidized bistro, exercise classes, RRSP contributions, etc), and friendly colleagues. Fast-paced and always lots of new things to learn - personal and career growth is encouraged and supported.

      Cons

      Area is not super accessible by public transit, but still doable.
