Biggest pro is people and culture. Genetec likes to organize pretty cool events and parties for employees. Work itself is interesting, sometimes quite chaotic but also allow for personal development.

Cons

Strict RTO and lack of possiblity for copyright tax deduction.

VERY low chances of internal growth Pay extremely little for education Does not affect me, but have announced 3-day RTO and will be tracking employee attendance
