      Pros

      I like working with my mates at workplace. Interesting taks. Great localization.

      Cons

      After the Union Investment has be take over by Generali, the atmosphere has become more profit orientated. "The old" management has been swept away except for the CIO. The new CEO is not treating employees in respectful way.

      Some employees/bosses are easily affected by gossips which may affect your work. So much politics

      Pros

      +They were willing to give inexperienced young software developers a shot if your personality fit with tech leadership +Your work is for big name American companies even if Generali is only known in Europe +There were diverse coworkers from many countries and they would share their food and culture +WFH at least once a week

      Cons

      -The office was old and drab, open floor plan was awkward in it. Probably the next one will be nicer -The money could be better -The parking was small and expensive, and the building a long walk from the metro station -Quick lunch options were limited -Not many people had good computers -They underwent cloud migration later than you’d expect for the technology image they project with their lists of awards and number of countries the product is offered in -QA was a bumpy process undergoing more automation -Many proposed deadlines coming from Sales -This unit can feel undersupported by the rest of the North American or European business
