Pros

Work life balance is good.

Cons

First and foremost, there is a palpable sense of favoritism within the organization. It appears that certain individuals receive preferential treatment, creating an uneven playing field for career growth and opportunities. The lack of transparency further exacerbates this issue, as employees are left in the dark regarding the company's financial standing and market position. The management at [Company Name] has been a source of frustration. There is a noticeable absence of clear direction, with employees feeling pulled in conflicting directions. It seems that the company lacks a cohesive goal, leading to confusion and a sense of aimlessness among the workforce. The outdated management styles employed by the leadership team contribute to this disarray, hindering the company's ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Furthermore, there is a concerning practice of impeding employees' advancement to different positions. This is ostensibly done to retain talent in their current roles, but it results in a stagnant and demoralized workforce. On the flip side, the company fails to adequately compensate these individuals, creating a paradoxical situation where career growth is stifled without commensurate recognition. No professional training provided to employees. Again only to managament.
