      It's a mixed bag of bad and good.

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule is available for most, if not all, employees.

      Cons

      Not enough attention to the individual employees' needs and abilities. They seem to put profits over quality. Claims are taking longer to process because volume went up when we took on many new accounts. But employee retention went down so they can't keep up with the demands. Those in operations have to make excuses for the people up top who made the actual decisions.

      Friendly colleagues and a well-designed training system. Gave newly joined employees chances to learn and practice.

      Cons

      The working location is the city centre, So the rent is high to live near the company.
