      The company is one of the global leading insurance company. It provide the employees with opportunity to improve their skills adjusting the global trend and company strategy with trainings and certification. Talent will also have the opportunity for international mobility in global scale. The workplace also foster diverse and inclusive working environment for a better collaboration.

      Cons

      Significant challenges is the presence of silos in team which can hinder effective communication and collaboration. Lack of essential show skill such as empathy and communication and sometime was also show by some individuals which can impact employee morale and productivity.
