Pros

Nice and knowledgeable people across the whole of the London office (for the most part). However a lot of teams are understaffed so a lot of people are mega busy so hard to collaborate with them sometimes if you need to. Pays okay. Bonus not so much.

Cons

Small, antiquated office with not enough hot dealing space given they want people in the office at least 3 times a week (they might tell you only 2 days in the office during interviews but it’s probably a lie unless your line manager guarantees it but get it in writing). Not diverse at all. Old, outdated laptops. Not much career progression
