Pros

Salary may be higher but NOT worth it!

Cons

Unprofessional and Discriminatory Work Environment My experience at Generali was extremely disappointing. The workplace is heavily driven by office politics, with a lack of transparency and fairness. Promises regarding bonuses and career progression are misleading, and employees rarely receive proper recognition for their contributions. Communication is also a major issue, as important discussions frequently take place in Italian, excluding non-Italian-speaking employees from key conversations. Leadership lacks integrity, often saying one thing but doing another, creating an environment of distrust and frustration. Overall, this is not a supportive or merit-based workplace. If you value transparency, recognition, and professional growth, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
