Pros

Friendly environment. No pressure for work. To make a life balance with work, Generali is the best place to work

Cons

No organized process and structure. HR system is the worst. The company does not encourage employees to delevelop their abilities and skills. The salary is much lower than the market standard. They save money for the lower position and pay money to the top position
