      Environment, job variety. Friendly office with good development opportunities for motivated people. Plenty of new initiatives to which staff is required to contribute.

      Cons

      Still some negativity from the past which management is trying to eradicate. Too much patience for underperforming staff and appalling sickness records in certain areas.
