Pros

Stable background. Reputable company. Friendly coworkers, and managers. Good work-life balance. Despite the size and age of the company (it was founded more than 180 years ago) they try to keep up with current trends.

Cons

Slow decision making. Many times you have to work with legacy code base. However there is a trend of changing this. Salary is more like average.

Pros

- paid training - nice office - good benefits - easy work that does not require any creativity or independent critical thinking

Cons

- miserable people (except for the claims department) - tedious, robotic work - ridiculous amount of office gossip and drama - terrible and unprofessional trainers - lack of job security/ stability - people can easily grow in this company if they get "connected" one way or another ;)
