Pros
Nice people, no hurries most of the time. Reliable background. Low stress work environment. In-house gym an yoga room. You can plan for really long time there if you don't care you will earn under the average.
Cons
Management is some times late with sharing requirements resulting in unrealistic deadlines. But this is not always the case. However I did experience this a few times.
