Great support but can get crazy at times and do not expect to much raise
Pros
The one thing I would say is that they have a very cool management team and the camaraderie is a great plus. Everybody works hard even the managers take calls and they always answer your questions. The company would surprise you with gift cards and recognize your efforts even in the virtual environment. It is a good place to work when there is no high call volumes. They do not fire you just because. You have to do something very crazy to lose your job. But if you do your job right then your job is secure. They are very much in touch with everyone and try their best to help accommodate the work life balance as much as they can. I benefited from that when I was working there. They accommodated my school schedule when I needed. It was a great support system.
Cons
If you do not have what it takes to work in a fast pace changing environment and if you are not ready to put up with learning and changing, just stay away. As far as pay is concerned you can get up to an extra $250 a month in a bonus. But pay raise are only your Merritt increase. So forget it if you can’t perform every month at their expected level regardless of all the pressure you can go through at time. There is no real clear path for growth. The training makes you feel good in knowing what kind of company you going to work in but after that you are pretty much on your own. You sometimes do not know how you are performing unless you perform bad.
