Pros

A good quick stepping stone for a young dev. Get in and out in a year and it's worth your time.

Cons

Hires young developers and treats them poorly because they don't know better Management doesn't listen to dev's input. Women on my team were uniformly underpaid. Team is very male, very white.

Good but not great

Pros

All natural benefits of a good, rich multinational firm: good benefits & payroll, huge reach, international environment.

Cons

It is very high to grow due to politics and bureaucracy, most managers are still old school, there are a lot of hierarchy and comple processes.
