Pros

A company which take care of the well being of the employees, provide good culture and conducive to working harder and smarter.

Cons

There is plenty of double standard treatment from management to staffs and they are often not sincere and upfront in their communication. They also tolerated many incompetent and overbearing managers for incomprehensible reasons. Pay is not able to meet the yearly high inflation rate.

Cons

Diversity is not embraced at GSK Consumer, if you are from a diverse background you will be unlikely to be successful and will not have the same opportunities to progress. The very senior leadership acts like 'old boys club'.
