Transformational Changes - For patients or to mitigate risk

Pros

Excellent training and people to work with. An excellent working environment for the most part. When committed to the goals and aligned to the strategy- you work many hours and can take pride in the results the team can accomplish. Products do provide value and are marketed responsibly. A great place to start a career in pharma.

Cons

Transformational changes taking a toll on employees remaining. The "journey" is never-ending and when there is a challenge to the lack of clear direction- it is mostly viewed as bad attitude or not being aligned with the changes. The Global operations take precedence over any decisions made for the local environment. Reporting structure has changed frequently in the past few years- each time being announced as the best option. Lack of continuity felt throughout organization. Constant feeling of re-building.
