      Good learning ground

      Pros

      - Management still well approachable. - Pretty good flexible working hours depend on your managers - Pretty good pay, but the salary gap can be wide. - Very well covered medical benefit for whole family.

      Cons

      - Quality and production relationship sometime have a top-down approach. - Much better benefit in other companies. - No AWS. - Long working hours. - OT is base case. - Everything also can become a deviation. - Career progression can be non existent for some.

      More cons than pros

      Pros

      The benefit is ok or better than other companies before but now they cut down on some of the benefits.

      Cons

      Bad management , very political and extensive physical work and mental stress. A days work is like working at a contraction site for more 24hours. Lack of enough headcount to perform task. Even with the right amount of people, the work is very physical and the pay is very low.

      Antiquated, like stepping backwards 30yrs

      Pros

      Some genuinely great colleagues who strive to do their best with what they are given

      Cons

      Inherent culture of bullying through all levels of management. ”Leaders” standing on people to progress their own careers. Senior leaders unwilling to respond to reported abuse of power by management. Many colleagues have left “under a cloud” despite impeccable track records prior to working in the department.
