Business Outlook
Pros
Large company with great resources and some very sharp people and teams. Reasonably logical organization that eventually gets the job done.
Cons
Constant down sizing and insensitive means to communicate this with the teams destroys any morale and sense of dedication. Continuous M&A in the company and yet, no standard template from which to work. The various teams need some standard guidance and as a result, often get the priorities and sequences logically incorrect, lengthening the projects, acquisition cycles, etc.
