      The company is committed to keeping an open mind in searching for ways to evolve into the best version of itself, and using the sales force to be more profitable. It encourages employees to search for new audience opportunities

      Cons

      Big pharma is in transition, job security is not on the horizon in the category. This company seems to be trying out directions to keep serving customers in spite of the changing environment, which is a little confusing.

      Senior Leadership does not hold true to our Values. They are unopen and unwilling to change. HR runs the organization and the Patient First IC program is ridiculous.
