High change environment in some areas that leads to internal focus and detracts from delivering to our internal customers. Variable leadership (overall good especially in external facing group; but some pockets not)

Room for lots of opportunity to growth. Various team building events and social contribution. Great company value. Dynamic way of working.

Cons

Non competitive pay, cannot negotiate much for salary. The salary is below market rate. Not many vacation allow. Out dated office facilities and IT equipment.

Good corporate benefits, excellent central training courses with management support to attend.

Cons

Not agile and very archaic documentation systems. Poor understanding of effective objective setting and performance management by local managers. Trying to implement a Lean culture and the links to the quality framework have not been effectively joined up.
