Consistently having restructuring and layoffs. Advair is going generic and this is really going to impact all employees. The bonus structure is subjective and reps have no control over their bonus. Management does not care about employees and try to find a way to push out seasoned reps. Limited opportunities for growth within the field. They do not respect work life balance. Senior management is horrible and don't care about the field.

Boring job , backstabbing by colleagues , everyday propaganda how great we are and how much we help the patients, very low job efficiency, very poor working standard, inability to raise concerns about poor data generated by colleagues without retaliation from management , horrible horrible PDP scoring system that promotes colelague backstabbing to promote yourself! , narcism being actively promoted rather than quality of work !
