Department working in the Projects Building is very nice. No OT, you always go back on time.

Cons

No chance of converting to full time staff, contingent forever. Treated as fodder by other departments. Low progression as well

Cons

Opportunities for advancement or promotion are minimal. Several very talented and hard-working employees have left for better opportunities including pay.

Good salaries and benefits. Opportunities to move inside organization. Secondments and cross-training opportunities for more junior stuff.

Cons

Basically no promotions without changing role or place. Few carrier development options if you are an individual contributor (no matter how talented and valuable you are) and don’t consider to become a manager or switch to PM work. Technical/development/research talent has limited growth carrier path, if they want to continue to do technical work and not became a manager or PM. Employees are overworked and stressed
