Good Work Life Balance. Good Culture Good People Strong Principles Good Work if you are at the right place

Cons

Too many changes in a small span of time that can be unsettling for employees. Average pay packages unless you are an MBA or in great positions. Canteen isn't great. No subsidized food and transport.

Pros

Salary was competitive and allowed telecommuting. Provided excellent training and management training programs.

Cons

Multiple layoffs through the years and transfer of work to those that remain. Highly stressful environment, low employee morale. High cost of medical benefits. Inconsistencies in awards and celebrations across departments.

Nepotism. If you do not kiss butt, you will never move up. You will also have to work for people who do not know how to do their jobs.
