      Pros

      Good money and easy lifestyle, on the shop floor you do very little for a good wage but it can get boring when work isn’t productive

      Cons

      You are treated as a number, not looked after as an employee. Office staff get looked after better than shop floor. Sometimes have a lot of hassle getting your wages right

      Pros

      Great products produced for global benefit. Talent is incredible and a true teaming environment. New leadership is getting GE back to basics of focusing on what we do best - industrial production and Digital solutions

      Cons

      Recent senior management has made significant mistakes and not owning up and the current employees and shareholders are are paying the price
