The chosen business leaders are less leaders of business: FMPs and other annoited high-flyers breeze through businesses inexperienced and unprepared to manage or make effective long-term positive impact on the underlying operations and when they depart the business is left weaker and the departing manager lauded with usual praises leaving staffers uninspired.
