Pros

Great benefits being a part of Sysco. A great starting point, I've learned so much being a part of this company from fixed assets to account reconciliations and budgeting.

Cons

Not very well structured, communication within branches is lacking, which leads to lots of screw ups. Sysco outsourced their IT department recently so getting anything done when email, Internet, or as400 goes wrong, good luck calling India.

Pros

good pay and benefits and nice trucks

Cons

the way the run the routes is crazy when you finish you route and you going back the put you in second run and sometimes for 1 case of mango and that put you hours of service way over in 3 days i work 42 hours they don't care about DOT regulations and you personal life is sad is a good company with bad organization try if you want but maybe you liked.
